Suspension Of Records Update And Card Replacement Services At Head Office

The National Identification Authority (NIA) announces for the information of the general public that effective Monday, 28th November 2022, Premium Personal Records Update and Premium Card Replacement services at the NIA Head Office – Shiashie will be suspended until further notice.
All services are available at the other service points across the country.
Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
